Life Continues Recovery walks with you through the full continuum of recovery and behavioral health care. We are here to support you or your loved one, no matter where you are in your journey. We support people at the very earliest stage of seeking recovery, and we help those battling relapse, someone going through a season of challenge and stress that is threatening their sobriety.
Life Continues Recovery provides a suite of remote support services, and our coaches guide our clients to the best-suited care. Our coaches utilize technology to encourage and provide consistent support to our clients. Our app provides our clients with an interactive customized care plan and support resources.
The first step with a new client is to have them assessed by one of our licensed clinicians. This will allow us to build a care plan. The assessment will determine: whether detox is appropriate, is rehab indicated and should the rehab be in-residence or online.
Transitions can be challenging for someone who is still in their active addiction or early recovery. The Life Continues coach will assist with all transitions. We help you establish with an online rehab, or if necessary, from home to detox or rehab. Once your online or residential rehab is completed, your coach will support you through your transition to life.
It’s been said that the two hardest days of rehab are the first day, and the last day. The pain of the first day is apparent. The client knows they have to change and leave some things behind. And they expect it to be hard. But everyday it gets better. Their body adjusts to the lack of drugs, and their mind is supported by structure and support. Then on the last day, when they proudly leave rehab, they walk away from the safety of the structure and accountability. With Life Continues, that last day of treatment becomes the beginning of your new lifestyle of recovery. We walk with you from rehab to daily life and dealing with life on life’s terms.

The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Life Continues Recovery provides a variety of remote recovery support services, including; Certified Online Intensive Outpatient Programs, Certified Online Rehab, and Remote Recovery Coaching. Life Continues assesses new clients to determine whether remote treatment is appropriate, and will refer to detox/residential care when that is indicated.
